Resolving the CLSPost Error Message

You can resolve the CLS Post error message by reindexing database files.

If you are receiving a CLSPost error message while running a file transfer using FTS, follow the below. This error occurs
on the Office Main.

A re-index of the database files needs to occur.

  1. Open ProFiler.
  2. Click Processing Programs.
  3. Click System Utilities.
  4. Click Re-Index Database Files. The database files will re-index.
  5. After it finishes, try running a file transfer again. This time it will run without the CLSPost error message.
